A bank for the community that built it.
Website, CMS & Digital Presence
Case study — Washington, DC
Industrial Bank
A digital home for a historic Washington, DC community bank — clear enough for customers, calm enough for a team that publishes without a developer on call.
Overview
One bank, one digital front door — a public website and CMS for products, locations, and the next big moment a customer is actually looking for.
Industrial Bank is a historic community bank in Washington, DC. The site has to feel trustworthy the first time someone looks up a branch, a mortgage rate, or a checking product — and stay current when hours, promotions, or neighborhood news change.
We designed and built a WordPress platform so the team can publish without waiting on a ticket: personal and business banking, a path to locations, a lead form that stays in the moment, and a brand system that carries from the homepage to a debit card.
The homepage has to earn trust in one scroll: who the bank is, what it offers, and how to walk into a branch on Georgia Avenue.

The Challenge
A community institution with a long reputation and a site that could not keep pace. Customers needed one place for products, hours, and locations. Staff needed to publish all of it without a developer in the loop.
Presence is the product — branches, products, and community work that have to be findable the week they change.

The Solution
A WordPress site the staff can run: personal and business templates, rate tiles and product paths, location pages, and a lead capture that keeps the bank in the conversation after the visit.
The work does not stop at products. Industrial Bank backs community youth and puts financial education in reach — so the next generation can walk into a branch already fluent.
Interior pages do the working job — personal products, partnerships, and a path to a branch in a structure customers can scan.
