A digital home for academic physical therapy — the public site plus a suite of member-restricted tools that turn association ideas into applications people open every week.
ACAPT exists to advance excellence in academic physical therapy. Their digital work has to serve program directors, faculty, and students — and a small operations team that inherited the IT stack as the organization grew.
Over more than a decade we have been the technology partner: websites, member tools, and the unglamorous work that keeps domains and certificates alive. Each application ships with an admin dashboard so staff can manage content and submissions themselves.
The public site is the academic front door — news, events, and a path into the tools members come back for.

The Challenge
An association with a growing list of member programs and no appetite for a different vendor on every tool. Maps, libraries, awards, matching, and publishing had to feel like one system — and still be something staff could administer.
The Leadership Compass is a member tool in its own right — developing, relating, and influencing across the academy, without a ticket queue to keep it current.

The Solution
A family of member tools on a shared technical foundation: interactive location maps, a Clinical Reasoning document library, an Honor Society awards portal, mentor and mentee matching, an eBook platform, and an admin dashboard on every application.
Each tool is tailored to how the community actually uses it — then handed to staff with a dashboard for content, submissions, and day-to-day operations.
The eBook platform is one of those member tools: Blueprint for Excellence, with login, purchase, and chapter access the staff can run.
