One district, six campuses — every family welcome.
District Web Platform & Enrollment Campaigns
Case study — Washington, DC
Center City Public Charter Schools
One digital voice for six neighborhood campuses — the platform where Washington, DC families discover, compare, and enroll, and the campaigns that bring them to it.
Overview
Six campuses, one district, one digital voice — a web platform, CMS, and enrollment campaigns serving families across Washington, DC.
Center City Public Charter Schools educates students across six neighborhood campuses in Washington, DC. For more than a decade, Myriad Media has been the district’s digital partner — designing, building, and running the platform where families discover, compare, and enroll at their neighborhood campus.
The engagement spans the full stack of what we do: a district-wide website with per-campus sections on a single CMS, seasonal enrollment campaigns from landing pages to transit signage, and the year-after-year maintenance that keeps a public institution’s site fast, accessible, and online.
The district homepage — a welcome story up top, then the three tasks families actually come for: enroll, find a campus, get the calendar. Scroll and the site scrolls with you.

The Challenge
Six campuses telling six different stories, a lean communications team, and families choosing schools in one of the most competitive charter markets in the country. Every campus — from Brightwood to Capitol Hill — had to feel like one trusted district while still telling its own neighborhood story.

The Solution
One platform, six front doors: a district CMS where every campus gets its own voice — and one brand system that carries from the homepage to the Metro platform. The communications team publishes news, events, calendars, and enrollment flows without touching a developer.
And as a public institution, none of it is optional: the platform has to stay accessible, translation-ready, and fast on the school-lobby phones and library computers families really use — kept current by a small central team.
When the district opens something new — like the Makerspace in fall 2024 — the platform is ready: a launch page shipped in days on the same CMS, no rebuild required.
Working with Myriad Media for just about ten years now has felt less like hiring a vendor and more like having an extension of our own team… they listen, they care about getting things right, and they’ve been there for us — year after year — as our needs have changed.
